A few days before pickup
Confirm your pickup location and contact information. Remove personal items, valuables and loose accessories. Check for leaks and let your coordinator know about mechanical issues or modifications.
Document your vehicle
Clean the exterior enough to make existing marks visible. Take dated photos of each side, the wheels and the interior. Review the carrier’s inspection report before signing it.
Keep the essentials ready
Have the keys ready, disable the alarm if instructed, and follow the carrier’s fuel or EV charge requirements. Share special start-up instructions directly with the driver.
At delivery
Inspect the vehicle with the driver before signing the delivery report. Record any concerns on the report and contact your coordinator promptly.
